Integrated Marketing and Performance Management:

  • Define workstream and initiative success metrics to ensure alignment with business and growth objectives.
  • Oversee campaign tracking and performance reporting, ensuring results are measured against key indicators (CPA, ROI etc.) to identify effective marketing tactics and channels to engage B2B and B2B2C audiences.
  • Oversee corporate website, digital assets and physical collateral updates to support growth objectives across News Publications and Student Publications.
  • Ensure all marketing activities reinforce brand guidelines and deliver a seamless customer experience across touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder and Partner Management:

  • Manage workstream allocation and initiative prioritisation across the Enterprise Marketing team.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Enterprise Marketing team to execute initiatives through structured mentoring and hands-on project ownership.
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with internal teams (sales, product, editorial, operations) and external partners (e.g. government agencies, key corporate clients etc.) to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Enterprise Marketing team in cross-functional and senior leadership discussions.

Budget Oversight:

  • Own budget planning and utilisation across all Enterprise Marketing workstreams, ensuring full and prudent spend while maximising ROI.

  • At least 8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Subscriptions Marketing or related roles, with at least 2 years in a people management capacity.

  • Proven track record driving full-funnel growth and leading teams across complex portfolios to deliver scalable marketing programmes for varied target audiences.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data, customer insights and business performance metrics.

  • Skilled in digital marketing and marketing operations, with familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau etc.).

  • Able to operate autonomously and balance competing priorities while collaborating effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Creative, resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to give direction while building autonomy in a small team.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required.
